What we collect
When you send the product form we collect your name, company, phone, LINE or WeChat ID, product type and the product details you write, together with the page language and the country your connection comes from. We do not store your IP address.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, assess which Thai approvals your product needs and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
The form is processed and stored by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website, and may be checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. We share it with laboratories, inspection bodies or government agencies only when you engage us to file an application.
How long we keep it
If no service agreement is made, we delete enquiry data 12 months after our last contact.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@thairegpro.com. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
